Panel 1: (Desmond and Cedric are at a grocery store. Desmond is picking a box of cereal in front of his cart. There is an angry elderly woman with a cart trying to pass through Desmond’s cart behind him. Cedric looks surprised)
Woman: “EXCUSE ME… EXCUSE ME!”

Panel 2: (Desmond is looking at two red cans with his cart behind him. Cedric is angry with his hands on his hips, looking at an angry elderly man who is shouting from behind Desmond’s cart)
Man: “I SAID, ‘EXCUSE ME, SIR!’”

Panel 3: (Cedric hears an announcement from the grocery store’s PA system and gets an idea)
Announcer: “…WE HAVE A DISCOUNT ON HOT DOGS AND BUNS!”

Panel 4: (Cedric grabs a microphone off a counter and hides underneath it. He is speaking into the microphone)
Cedric: “ATTENTION SHOPPERS, ON AISLE 4 WE HAVE MY DAD – HE’S DEAF. SO IF YOU WANT TO PASS HIM, TAP HIM!”

Panel 5: (The announcement rings out in the store. The elderly woman and man look surprised, while Desmond is pushing his cart through an aisle with a curious expression)
Desmond is thinking: “WHERE’S CEDRIC?”
