The meaning of the Nose Twitch is “I know, I know.” The Nose Twitch can be used in public and is a quick subtle way that you are on the same page with someone without anyone being the wiser. if you are not sure how to produce this with your nose, then ask your Deaf friends to give you a demonstration. This Nose Twitch always makes me laugh!
